Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Lovable Antiques Ltd, care is taken to ensure all acquisitions arrive safely. Professional couriers experienced in handling delicate and heavy items are employed to preserve the historical finish and structural integrity of each piece.

1. Shipping Locations and Rates The majority of the curated collection, including porcelain, glassware, and small decorative objects, is shipped globally at a free shipping rate. Items of significant volume and weight attract additional shipment costs.      

United Kingdom: Standard items are dispatched within 1–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.      

United States: Standard items are dispatched within 1–3 working days via Royal Mail. Shipments are fully tracked and customs cleared.      

Tracking: A tracking reference is provided upon the dispatch of all acquisitions from the studio.

2. Furniture Logistics and Regional Surcharges      

UK Mainland: A standard shipping rate of £125 is applied to all furniture acquisitions.      I

n-Person Collection: Buyers may coordinate a personal collection from the studio; in these instances, the shipping fee is waived. To avoid the charge at checkout, contact enquiries@lovableantiques.com prior to purchase to arrange a direct payment method. If a purchase is completed online, the £125 fee is reimbursed upon the scheduling of the collection.   

   Ireland & Scotland: A base rate of £125 applies. If the actual transport cost exceeds a £200 threshold, the additional cost over £200 is charged to the buyer as a surcharge. Contact the studio for a shipping quote when required.

3. International Furniture Logistics (Pamono & Bespoke Options) For furniture acquisitions outside of the United Kingdom, specialized international freight is facilitated via a partnership with Pamono.      

Pamono Shipment:Logistics are managed through the Pamono platform to utilize their global courier network, professional export timber crating, and comprehensive transit insurance.      

Express International Delivery: Buyers requiring expedited transit may request a bespoke quote for express delivery services managed directly by the studio.      

Third-Party Logistics:Buyers retain the option to coordinate their own international courier. In such instances, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the collection, insurance, and safe transit of the acquisition from our studio.

4. Logistics FAQ     

Who handles the shipping? International furniture is typically handled by Pamono's network of fine-art couriers, unless express or third-party arrangements are selected.      

Is Pamono shipment insured? Yes, all furniture dispatched via specialized methods is fully insured from the United Kingdom to the final destination.      

Pamono Specialist Handling: International furniture shipments require professional timber crating to protect antique structures and historical patinas. A specialist team coordinates the collection date and provides a tracking reference.

5. Delivery Timelines      

Small Items: Dispatched within 1–3 working days.      

Large Furniture: Dispatched via specialist furniture couriers. The estimated timeline for delivery within the UK mainland is 3–14 working days. International timelines vary by destination and export crating requirements.
