Complimentary Global Shipping: We offer complimentary, fully insured, and tracked shipping across the vast majority of our collection to collectors globally. This inclusive policy ensures a seamless acquisition from our studio to your door. Exceptions to our complimentary shipping policy apply to pieces of significant volume, weight, or size—including all furniture acquisitions.

Bespoke Protective Architecture: Rather than standard packing, we build a "secure vault" around every item. Using high-density, shock-dispersing materials and custom cushioning, we ensure the intricate details of your acquisition remain undisturbed from our studio to your door.
Inclusive & Transparent Logistics: The majority of our collection includes the cost of secure packaging and shipping within the listed price. For pieces of significant volume or exceptional weight, we provide a tailored cost estimate to ensure the most robust protection available.
Verified Courier Consignment: Every parcel is dispatched via Royal Mail, fully tracked services. For our residents within the United Kingdom, we prioritize 24-hour Tracked & Signed delivery to minimize the time a piece is in movement. Interntsional shipment are all dispatched with tracking number.
Express & Time-Sensitive Priorities: We typically complete the meticulous preparation of your order within three days. Should you require an expedited "Next Day" Delivery within the UK or a priority international dispatch, please notify us as soon as you can before or after pucrhase, to elevate your shipment to a priority status.
Furniture & Logistics
United Kingdom Delivery & Collection A standard shipping rate of £125 is applied to all furniture acquisitions within the UK mainland. We warmly welcome clients to collect in person from our studio; in these instances, the shipping fee is fully waived.

We will then arrange a direct payment method for you that excludes the shipping cost. If you have already completed your purchase online, simply notify us, and we will promptly reimburse the £125 shipping fee once your collection is scheduled.
Regional Deliveries (Scotland & Ireland) For deliveries to Scotland, Ireland, and offshore islands, our standard £125rate applies, plus any additional courier costs that exceed a £200 threshold. Please contact the studio for a definitive delivery quote prior to purchase so we can ensure the total is accurate for your location.
International Shipping via Pamono For global acquisitions, we offer two primary pathways to ensure secure transit:
The Pamono Logistics Framework: To provide international buyers with professional freight and full insurance, we can facilitate your purchase partiallly through the Pamono platform. In this case, the item is purchased from us, while the specialized logistic part is handled and paid directly to Pamono.
Direct Bespoke Shipment: Alternatively, we can retrieve a quote for immediate professional shipment via express courier on your behalf, or coordinate with your own appointed international shippers to collect from us.

International Sourcing via Pamono: While we do not directly export furniture outside the United Kingdom, we maintain a presence on Pamono to accommodate our international clientele. For overseas interests, we can coordinate a private price agreement on our website and then adjust the corresponding Pamono listing to include their specialized global freight solutions.
Satisfaction & Returns
At Lovable Antiques®, we aspire for every acquisition to be a source of enduring pleasure. Our curation process is rigorous, yet we understand that the true test of a piece is how it sits within the unique atmosphere of your own collection.
The Grace Period for Returns: Should a piece not meet your expectations upon arrival, we invite you to contact our studio to initiate a return within seven days of the consignment reaching your residence.
Integrity of the Piece: To qualify for a return, the item must be remains in its original, delivered state.
Preservation of Packaging: We recommend retaining all specialized conservation packaging until you are entirely certain of your purchase, as these materials are essential for the safe return of the object.
