Notification: You must notify us in writing (email) within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return an item.

Returns Period: Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent.

Refunds: We will issue a refund for the item price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Original standard delivery costs are refundable; however, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
