Bespoke Protective Architecture: Rather than standard packing, we build a "secure vault" around every item. Using high-density, shock-dispersing materials and custom cushioning, we ensure the intricate details of your acquisition remain undisturbed from our studio to your door.
Inclusive & Transparent Logistics: The majority of our collection includes the cost of secure packaging and shipping within the listed price. For pieces of significant volume or exceptional weight, we provide a tailored cost estimate to ensure the most robust protection available.
Verified Courier Consignment: Every parcel is dispatched via Royal Mail, fully tracked services. For our residents within the United Kingdom, we prioritize 24-hour Tracked & Signed delivery to minimize the time a piece is in movement. Interntsional shipment are all dispatched with tracking number.
Express & Time-Sensitive Priorities: We typically complete the meticulous preparation of your order within three days. Should you require an expedited "Next Day" Delivery within the UK or a priority international dispatch, please notify us as soon as you can before or after pucrhase, to elevate your shipment to a priority status.
Furniture & Logistics
To preserve the structural integrity and historical finish of our larger appointments, Lovable Antiques® employs a specialized logistical framework for all furniture pieces.
Regional White-Glove Delivery: We provide dedicated delivery services for furniture within a maximum 2.5-hour radius of King’s Lynn. This ensures that your piece remains under our stewardship until it is safely situated in your home.
Bespoke Collection & Third-Party Arrangements: For locations beyond our regional radius, clients are invited to coordinate a personal collection from our studio. Alternatively, you may appoint a third-party courier, or we can facilitate a quote from a trusted specialist handler. Please note that these external logistics are billed independently of the purchase price.
Pre-Purchase Consultation: To ensure a seamless experience, we require all furniture buyers to contact the studio for a definitive shipping quote prior to finalizing their acquisition.
International Sourcing via Pamono: While we do not directly export furniture outside the United Kingdom, we maintain a presence on Pamono to accommodate our international clientele. For overseas interests, we can coordinate a private price agreement on our website and then adjust the corresponding Pamono listing to include their specialized global freight solutions.
Satisfaction & Returns
At Lovable Antiques®, we aspire for every acquisition to be a source of enduring pleasure. Our curation process is rigorous, yet we understand that the true test of a piece is how it sits within the unique atmosphere of your own collection.
The Grace Period for Returns: Should a piece not meet your expectations upon arrival, we invite you to contact our studio to initiate a return within seven days of the consignment reaching your residence.
Integrity of the Piece: To qualify for a return, the item must be remains in its original, delivered state.
Preservation of Packaging: We recommend retaining all specialized conservation packaging until you are entirely certain of your purchase, as these materials are essential for the safe return of the object.
